How do I order a Rental Swimsuit Dryer?

To be eligible you must be:

  • A company or non-individual entity as defined as:
  • C-Corporation
  • S-Corporation
  • Limited Liability Company (LLC)
  • Charity
  • Local and Federal Government Entities

Previous History and Soft Credit Check

You confirm you or your previous Businesses have:

  • Not been declared bankrupt within the last 5 years.
  •  Allow Swimsuit Dryer Co LLC to conduct a soft credit check. This will not impact your credit score or leave any footprint what so ever.

Either contact us using the form on your right or email us: sales@swimsuitdryer.com. A contract will be emailed to you for review.

Review and complete the contract

Once we have received your information we will email you a contract via “Adobe Sign Now”. Please review this and contact us if you have any questions. Otherwise, if you are ready to proceed complete the contract. Watch our video below for further information.

Once your contract is completed your order will be processed and delivered. upon deliver you will receive 7 days rent free to install the equipment.

    What happens after complete our contract?

    What happens after I sign the contract?

    Once you complete the contract successfully a copy of the signed contract will be emailed to you and an invoice will be issued to you for the one off administration fee.

    How long will it take to get my order?

    Orders are usually dispatched within 5 – 7 working days. This is subject to our current lead times. Please note some models and colors have slightly longer lead times than others. Contact us for further information.

    Will I have to pay shipping fees?

    We offer FREE shipping on all products!

    The only time you may be charged shipping fees is if you are in breach of your contractual obligations.

    All maintenance is included, so what do I need to do?

    You are not required to do any maintenance on the machine. You are required to keep the unit reasonably clean and hygienic for the users.

    Can I pay by Check?

    Unfortunately not, payment methods are strictly non-negotiable; Payments will be taken by either ACH Debit or directly from your credit card.

    It is your responsibility to ensure we have the correct information/ authorization to take payments.

    Can you take payments monthly instead of weekly?

    We can consider taking monthly payments as opposed to weekly. However, this is out our discretion.

    What happens if my unit develops a fault?

    If your unit develops a fault during the 2 year contract we will replace the equipment completely free of charge.

    However, if your equipment develops a fault during your rolling monthly contract (after your 2 year minimum commitment period) we will either need to cancel your contract and collect your machine, or request a new 2 year contract.

    Will I still get billed if my unit develops a fault?

    If your Swimsuit Dryer develops a fault you must let us know. From day you let us know we will suspend any payments until your unit has been replaced or the faulty part supplied to rectify the problem.

    What do I need to do if my unit needs to be replaced?

    If your unit needs to be replaced we will ask you to confirm the serial number of the machine and send you out a replacement. When you receive this you simply put the new machine on the wall and place the faulty unit into the packaging provided. All the return documents will be pre-printed or email to you for you to print and stick onto the box.

    Can I buy the Rental unit after the 2 year commitment period?

    Unfortunately, due to legal and warranty reasons you may not purchase your rental unit. You can, however purchase a new or reconditioned Swimsuit Dryer at a discounted price.

    Will you tell me when my 2 year commitment period is completed?

    We will send you an email to thank you for completing your 2 year minimum commitment period and automatically place you onto our flexible rolling monthly contract.

    When can I cancel my agreement/ contract?

    Once you have completed your 2 year minimum commitment period you may cancel the agreement without any penalties.

    What happens if we are forced to close, will I still get billed?

    If your facility is forced to close due to an event out of your control we will suspend further payments until you are open, or cancel the agreement penalty free. However, if you close your facility of your own accord you may still be billed.

    Can you reduce the contract length to 1 year?

    At the moment the minimum commitment period is 2 years.

    The bonus with the Rental scheme is for a one off affordable weekly fee the equivalent to the cost of a coffee a day you get a great product with no additional maintenance costs for 2 years with virtually no risk.

    COVID 19 has affected has caused us to close, will I still get billed?

    No, during the current lock-down you will not be billed. We will contact you to confirm all payments will be suspended. Once the lock-down has been removed we will contact you to re-start taking payments.
